I can easily say these guys have been brilliant with my mum. She’s now there permanently and they provide a great service. Staff are great, cannot fault them in any way from owner down to carers.
Great activities are run in-house by a particular member of staff and also have days and evenings out like boat trips and canal trips and the theatre.
All in all great place.
The staff are exceptionally professional, pleasant, and patient. I phoned often and never has there been a problem. I always receive updated feedback on her progress. The Manager is extremely knowledgeable of her residents and is respectful of questions posed.
